This amazing simple breakfast gives you a little bit of everything – it’s called overnight oats
Slow oats 1/4 cup (complex cabs)
1/4 cup juicy fruit (berries, orange, pineapple, mango – something like that) (simple carbs)
3/4 cup greek yoghut (proteins and fats)
Mix all 3 togeher and leave in the fridge overnight and eat in the morning! Calorie wise you are looking at somewhere between 230-280 per serve – depending on the make up of the foods you choose.
This is a really filling breakfast, suitable for the on the go lifestyle (all you need is a spoon). Set yourself up for the best day possible – you’ll have heaps of energy both in the body and brain!
